From greenfield estates to high-end custom builds, I’ve done the rounds: sales, estimating, project management, and a whole lot of late nights getting the details right.

I’m obsessed with delivering something rare in this industry: a genuinely good client experience, one that feels considered, personal, and as well-built as the homes themselves.

With over 25 years of experience across finance and construction, I’m known for my organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally.

My background gives me a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement, business systems, and administrative governance, allowing me to deliver seamless operational support and contribute to the success of every project.

My career started in construction, working across large-scale commercial projects and developing a strong understanding of how complex builds come together, from contracts through to delivery.

With an Honours Degree in Construction Management from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2013 and built my career in construction recruitment, working closely with leading builders and architects.

I’m passionate about bringing the right people together early, aligning architects, clients and project teams from the outset. Pre-tender meetings underpin everything, creating trust, maintaining alignment and ensuring every project is set up for the team to deliver at the highest level.

I’ve worn just about every hat in custom building, estimating, pre-construction, contract administration and project management. That full-circle experience means I understand how each decision affects the next.

I’m big on “building the house on paper” first, locking in the design intent and sorting the grey areas early so the team, clients and trades are all on the same page. Clear communication and collaboration keep projects on track, expectations aligned and everyone working toward the same outcome.

With over 30 years in construction, including 25 dedicated exclusively to luxury residential projects, I bring depth, discipline and design intelligence to architecturally driven homes. My career has been shaped by complex builds where precision, coordination and respect for design intent are critical.

Formally qualified across multiple design disciplines, I understand architecture beyond documentation. Proportion, materiality and spatial planning translate into structure, sequencing and finish, allowing me to engage confidently with architects and resolve detail early.

Before my days on a building site, running large-scale operations grounded me in safety, compliance and governance, principles that now guide every site I manage.

With over a decade of experience as a Construction Manager, I’ve led a wide range of high-end projects, including complex basement construction where correct methodology and sequencing are essential.

My focus is simple: keep the site running smoothly, support every trade to do their best work, eliminate time wastage and adapt scheduling to maintain momentum.
